2) What Data We Process and Why
a) Website Access (Server and Security Data)
When you visit the website, technically necessary data is processed
(e.g., IP address, date/time, page accessed, referrer, browser/OS).
Purpose: Delivery of the website, IT security, error
analysis, abuse prevention.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
b) Contact & Forms
When you contact us (e.g., via a form), we process the data you
provide (e.g., name, email, message, phone number if applicable) to
handle your inquiry.
Purpose: Processing inquiries, pre-contractual communication.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual/contract)
and, where applicable, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (efficient communication).
3) Hosting, Domain, CDN and Data Processors
We use the following service providers who may process data on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR):
- Vercel (Hosting)
- Cloudflare (Domain/DNS, CDN and security features)
- Formspree (Form backend / processing of form submissions)
- CCM19 (Consent management / cookie banner)
Data processing agreements are concluded with these providers where required.
4) Cookies, Consent and Cookie Settings (CCM19)
We use CCM19 as a consent management platform to obtain, store and manage consent for cookies/tracking.
Legal basis:
• Technically necessary cookies: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR
• Analytics/marketing/tracking cookies: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent)

5) Tracking, Analytics and Advertising (Consent Required)
If you consent via the cookie banner, we use the following technologies:
- Google Tag Manager (integration/control of tags)
- Google Analytics 4 (reach measurement, usage analysis)
- Meta Pixel & Meta Conversions API (CAPI) (conversion measurement, campaign optimization)
- Microsoft Advertising (conversion tracking / campaign measurement)
- TikTok Pixel & TikTok Conversions/Events API (CAPI) (conversion measurement, campaign optimization)
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).
Without consent, these tools remain disabled.
6) Data Transfers to Third Countries
Through the use of providers with international infrastructure
(e.g., Cloudflare, Google, Meta, Microsoft, TikTok, Formspree), data
may be transferred to countries outside the EU/EEA (particularly the
USA).
Where required, such transfers are made on the basis of appropriate safeguards
(e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) and additional protective measures.
7) Retention Period
We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes:
- Server/security data: typically up to 14 days (or longer in case of security incidents)
- Contact inquiries: until completion of processing, then typically up to 12 months, unless legal obligations require otherwise
- Consent records (CMP): as long as necessary to demonstrate consent
8) Your Rights (Art. 15–21 GDPR)
You have the right to:
- Access, rectification, erasure
- Restriction of processing
- Data portability
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests
- Withdraw consent at any time (via Cookie Settings)
